        PANGEAE – The Word Creation , Inspired by the theory of the single continent and the single ocean. This programmatic work is a series of descriptions and events. The first part, “Pangea” (Pangeae) in Latin, is a musical description of what this single continent would be. The second section described here is the “Panthalassa Ocean”, the mega ocean that, according to history, surrounded the only existing landmass. This is followed by a representation of the moment when the separation of the continents takes place, involving moments of earthquakes, erupting volcanoes, destruction, death... everything that could be worse when this moment happened. After this part, there is a section of rest, lamentation, sadness, pain... “After the destruction” a feeling underlying the previous moment of destruction. As this section develops, life, flora and fauna begin to emerge again, giving new life to the entire planet. The culmination of the piece is celebrated with the new world “The New World”. This last section symbolizes the power that nature has to destroy and then create and recreate, in an even more sublime way, all life and a whole new evolution of a magical world always full of the most unexpected events.
